Our Journey

Hello!

My name is Lisa Kempf and I have lived in Evansville all my life. I graduated from Reitz High school in 1980 (Go Panthers!) I am married and have three grown children who are all married and live out of town. I am a proud ‘Nana‘ of three, with more to come! I have worked in an office setting for many years, the past 10 of which have been spent working with Evansville Homes For Rent. I love my job because I feel, in a small way, I‘m helping people find a home. I feel that being a part of “Jesus is Key” is another way I am helping people, specifically by showing the people I encounter my love for Jesus and that Jesus is the key to getting through good and bad times in life. It also doesn’t hurt that I love jewelry! 

The second time I met Shari Kempf, founder of Jesus is Key‘, is one I will never forget. I normally don’t just walk up to people and talk, but God told me to go back in the post office and say something. I told her I was so thankful for her line of jewelry and appreciated its affordability. She cried and thanked me. This moment was the beginning of a wonderful friendship and amazing business opportunity. 

I want to end by saying I am so excited to be an official representative of Jesus is Key. Sharing this time with Shari, to see the business grow and think of new ideas on how to spread the word ‘Jesus is Key‘. I am blessed to be a part of a business that helps to spread Jesus and His message!
